4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp of oil
2 to 3 cups cherries
1/4 cup of slivered almonds
30g butter
1 cup of milk
1/2 Tbs vanilla extract
1/2 ts almond extract
a pinch of salt
Powdered sugar for topping
Mix the eggs with sugar. Add Flour and oil
Stir in the warm milk vanilla and almond extract.
Add salt.
Butter a rectangle pan and put cherries and almonds in the pan.
slowly cover with the liquid batter.
Cook @ 350 for 45mn
When cooked sprinkle the powdered sugar on top.
